3 User Accounts

  • Promotional pricing or discount codes are valid only under their stated terms

5.2 Refunds

  • You may access course content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes only
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written consent
  • Screen recording, downloading (unless expressly allowed), or sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited
  • Trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Platform are registered and unregistered trademarks of DawatiDaftarSwat

7 User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the Platform (e.g., reviews, forum posts, assignment submissions), you:

9 Certificates & Credentials

  • Certificates of completion are issued based on meeting the course or program requirements defined by the Platform or instructor
  • Certificates represent completion of course material and do not constitute accredited degrees, professional licenses, or government-recognized qualifications unless explicitly stated
  • Certificate verification may be available through the Platform's verification system
  • We reserve the right to revoke certificates issued through fraudulent means or policy violations

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Key highlights:

  • Course content is provided for educational purposes and should not be considered professional advice
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, or results from course completion

12 Termination & Account Deletion

12.1 By You

You may request account deletion at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion:

  • Your account will be soft-deleted with a 30-day retention period, during which you may reactivate by logging in
  • After 30 days, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted
  • Account deletion requires identity verification via OTP sent to your registered email

12.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated violations of the Code of Conduct
  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of the Platform
  • Extended periods of inactivity (with prior notice)
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DawatiDaftarSwat operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through:
